US Vice President arrives in Tbilisi

The Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence, has arrived in Tbilisi on an official visit.

The Vice President was welcomed at Tbilisi Airport by Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and other officials.

The Vice President will be in Georgia until tomorrow Tuesday (1 August)

Speaking in Qatar during the opening of the World Summit for Social Development on 4th November, Antonio Guterres called for an immediate ceasefire in the two-year conflict that has become one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises.
