Tbilisi will host the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly annual session on 1-5 July. The theme of this year's assembly will be "25-year parliamentary cooperation; building confidence through dialogue".
More than 700 parliamentarians and other guests from 57 OSCE members will particpate in the forum.
Security issues, economic cooperation, human rights challenges and global problems of migration will be discussed during the event.
The Press Service of the Parliament of Georgia reported that a historic "Tbilisi Declaration" will be adopted. The Assembly is also expected to elect its next President during the Tbilisi event.
