OSCE Envoy meets Azerbaijani Defence Minister

The Special Representative of the Serbian Chairmanship of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Ambassador Andrzei Kasprzyk, met on Friday (7 August) with the Azerbaijani Defence Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov in Baku.

A statement on the website of the Defence Ministry said that the current situation on the line of contact, results of the recent OSCE monitoring of the line of contact and prospects for the resolution of the conflict were discussed.

In the meantime the sides continue to report violations of the cease-fire on the line of contact late Friday and early Saturday. No casualties were reported.
