The foreign ministers of the 27 member states of the European Union discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at their meeting in Luxembourg on Monday (12 October).

They also called on all regional players to contribute to end the armed confrontation and for peace

In a statement issued by the High Representative the EU also called for the full implementation of the cease fire agreement
