The next meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers will be held in the last week of January next year.
The statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov at a press conference, Gun.Az reports.
According to him, in the last 6-7 years it was for the first time that no joint declaration was adopted in 3-2 format in Dublin.
"Armenia will hold presidential elections in February. Probably for this reason Armenia took a non-constructive stance. The co-chairs made some statements both at the Dublin meeting and during their visit to the region. We will discuss these statements with the co-chairs in Paris."
