Azerbaijan president receives delegation from the European Parliament

The president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has received the delegation of the European Parliament, currently on a visit to Baku. This is the first official delegation from the European Parliament to visit Baku for some time, although there have been visits by individual MPs. One of the issues under discussion is the return of Azerbaijan to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly, the Parliamentary forum bringing together the European Parliament and the Parliaments of the six Eastern Partnership countries.
