The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, are expected to meet in Paris on Wednesday, 16 January, in the latest efforts to restart negotiations on the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The meeting of the two ministers will be facilitated by the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group - diplomats representing France, Russia and the United States.
The meeting was confirmed by sources close to the government in both Baku and Yerevan.
