Armenia has new Defence Minister. Nalbandian re-appointed as Foreign Minister

Armenia has a new defence minister. Vigen Sargsyan has been appointed as head of the Defence Ministry. Eduard Nalbandian has been re-appointed as Foreign Minister, completing the government reshuffle following the appointment of a new prime minister earlier.

Prior to his appointment as defence minister Vigen Sargsyan was the Chief of Staff of the Presidential administration.
