Russia expects positive tendencies in Nagorno-Karabakh peace process in 2012-2013, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told Golos Rossii.
He said that Russia expects positive changes in settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, stressing on efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group (France, USA, Russia).
He noted that Russia values relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan as close CIS partners and does everything possible to bring the stances of the parties closer. Karasin stressed that the mediators exert all possible efforts to resolve the conflict. In this light, Karasin said he pins hopes with sooner results of the mediation efforts.
