The energy cooperation in general and the nuclear energy cooperation, in particular, is an important component of the Armenian Russian economic cooperation, Armenia's Foreign Minister, Edward Nalbandian, said in an interview with ITAR-TASS.
He said that Armenian and Russian power engineers have been successfully cooperating in the matter of exploiting of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant. He also added that they have arranged on construction of the new nuclear power plant units. The arrangement was fixed in the inter-governmental agreement, he said.
