Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents meet in Paris

President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia and President Ilham Aliev of Azerbaijan met in Paris on Monday as efforts continue to unblock the stalemate in negotiations to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The two Presidents met in a rare face to face meeting after both held discussions with the French President Francois Hollande at the Elysee Palace. The two leaders were later joined by the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Process.
