For the first time in 31 years of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, the situation feels more unpredictable than ever. In the past, there was a grim certainty that another war would erupt just as it did in September 2020 while peace, on the other hand, always seemed distant. Official sources in Baku and Yerevan confirmed the long-anticipated meeting simultaneously on Wednesday morning. Commonspace.eu political editor said in a comment that expectations from the meeting should be modest but not non-existent, and what is needed most at this point is a sense of realism on both sides.
