OSCE envoy in meeting with Bako Sahakyan in Stepanakert.

Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office yesterday had a meeting with the president of the self-decalred Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan, in the territory's capital, Stepanakert.

The Press office of the Karabakhi leader said that "Issues related to the current situation along the line of contact between NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces were discussed during the meeting,"

Armenian and Azerbaijani media continue to report violations of the cease fire. Mediamax said that on Tuesday Azerbaijani forces shelled the villages of Aygepar and Storin Karmraghbyur near the Tavush Region.

Diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict remain stalled and most attention is currently focussed on trying to reduce tension on the line of contacty seperating the two sides.
