Iran and World powers reach agreement on nuclear deal.

A framework agreement was reached at marathon talks on Iran's nuclear program in Switzerland that will allow further negotiations towards a final agreement. The EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy read a joint statement at the end of long negotiations held in the Swiss city of Lausanne. The statement says: "Today, we have taken a decisive step: we have reached solutions on key parameters of a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action". US Secretary of State John Kerry tweeted "The understanding we've reached is a solid foundation for the good deal we seek".
