Armenian expert:

The OSCE Minsk Group format may be changed, the leader of the Centre for Regional Studies, Richard Giragossian, told journalists today.

He also added that the Kazan meeting of presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia was the last chance for the OSCE MG but not the parties to the talks. "It is clear that Minks Group does not work. Now we see what part the EU may play in the matter of supporting Minsk Group. We should expect much from the European Union", - the expert said.

He said that Minsk Group may be modified. He means not so much personal contribution of the President of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev but returning of Vladimir Putin. "The only country involved in the process, the policy of which may change, is Russia. This is potentially dangerous for Armenia", - Giragossian said.
