The sides discussed issues concerning the current state and prospects of bilateral relations according to a spokesperson of Sahakyan quoted by news.am.
In the past the Azerbaijan government has taken a dim view of foreign delegations visiting Karabakh without its knowledge and has on ocassion black listed persons prohibiting them to visit Azerbaijan.
