The OSCE Secretary General said that Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia as OSCE members were partners and not only consumers of the OSCE efforts.
He said he hoped to visit the region shortly to discuss with the leaders of the three countries "ways to preserve and possibly further enhance the effectiveness of the OSCE’s contribution to security and stability in the South Caucasus."
