No substantial changes expected in Nagorno-Karabakh peace process by the end of this year: expert

Yerevan, November 13. ArmInfo. No substantial changes expected in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process by the end of this year, Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute Sergey Minasyan told journalists on Tuesday.

"No final solution to this conflict can be attained in the near future. So, the talks will continue the way they are and will be aimed at preserving the military status quo," the expert said, adding that the key achievement of this year was Azerbaijan's failure to change either the status quo or the negotiating format.
