Terhi Hakala is the new EU Special Representative for Central Asia

Finnish diplomat Terhi Hakala has been appointed as the new EU Special Representative for Central Asia. Her main task is to promote the EU Strategy for Central Asia and develop relations between Europe and the countries of the region.
