Armenian and Azerbaijani ministers discuss Karabakh in Vienna

The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in Vienna on Wednedsay afternoon (6 December) as part of ongoing efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The meeting of Eduard Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov took place under the auspices of the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk process. The 24th annual ministerial council of the OSCE will be held in Vienna on Thursday and Friday.
