Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES) of Armenia is going to borrow the European experience of compulsory enforcement, Head of JACES Mihran Poghosyan said at today's press conference.
He said that in October 2011 JACES held a conference, at which the delegations from 16 countries presented the weak and strong sides of the private and state systems of compulsory enforcement. On March 26-29 the final stage of discussions with international experts is going on in Armenia. Afterwards the special commission of JACES will make a relevant decision.
During the discussions, First Deputy Head of the International Union of Judicial Officers Bernard Menut said that they presented the models of compulsory enforcement in European countries to their Armenian colleagues, as well as the prospects of development of these models, which will allow considering the expediency of application of the private model of compulsory enforcement in Armenia.
