Sargsyan inspects Karabakh military sites. The Armenian President also observed military manoeuvres.

The Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited Nagorno-Karabakh on Tuesday. Accompanied by the President of the self-declared Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakian, Sargsyan inspected Armenian positions on the line of contact and other military facilities. Armenian media reports that they also observed military manoeuvres in the northern sector of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Serzh Sargsyan is a native of Karabakh, and participated in the war against Azerbaijan in the early 1990s.
