Ilham Aliyev sworn in as president of Azerbaijan for fourth term

Ilham Aliyev was this worninf sworn in as president of Azerbaijan for the fourth term at a ceremony in the parliament building in Baku. Under the provisions of the consitution, as it was amended last year, Aliyev's new term is for seven years and lasts until 2025
