The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, on Friday (25 September) met in Baku with president Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan. Also present at the meeting were the EU Head of Delegation in Baku, Ambassador Kestutis Jankauskas , EUSR Advisor Atanas Baltov, and the Head of the foreign affairs department at the Azerbaijan presidential administration, Hikmet Haciev.
After the meeting, Klaar tweeted
