EU Special envoy meets with Azerbaijani president

The European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, on Wednesday (7 November) met in Baku with the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to discuss issues related to the Karabakh conflict, regional matters and EU-Azerbaijan relations.

Also attending the meeting were the EU head of Delegation in Baku, Kestutis Jankauskas, and the Acting Head of the Foreign Relations Department in the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Hikmet Haciev.
