Commonspace.eu launches page in Armenian language on facebook

Commonspace.eu has launched an Armenian language page on facebook. The page will carry selected news items from the main commonspace.eu website translated into the Armenian language, and other material.

A spokesperson for the commonspace.eu editorial team said we are delighted that some of the material available on the commonspace website is now also going to be available in the Armenian language. Readers in Armenia and in the Armenian diaspora had been asking us for material in Armenian and we have responded. We hope that in the future we may be able to launch similar pages in other languages too.

Commonspace.eu is an activity of LINKS (DAR) within the framework of the EPNK programme - a European Union initiative.

The commonspace.eu facebook page in Armenian is avalable at https://www.facebook.com/commonspaceEU.Armenian/

They are polling so close that the outcome is impossible to predict in the run-off round on Sunday 1st June. The contest has international implications with US President Donald Trump throwing his weight behind the nationalist candidate, Karol Nawrocki, dangling the prospect of closer military ties if Poles choose him over liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski.
