Azerbaijan's Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov received the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry quoted by the news agency APA said that "they exchanged views on the current situation on the line of contact, the outcome of recent monitoring conducted by the OSCE the current state of the negotiations on the resolution of the conflict."
