Azerbaijani, Russian experts negotiating around Gabala radar.

Azerbaijan continues talks with Russia on extending its lease of the Gabala radar station.

The statement came from Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev at a briefing.

According to him, negotiations are running at an expert level. "In this matter, as in all other matters relating to its foreign policy, Azerbaijan acts solely from its national interests," said Abdullayev.
