The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan was in the Kremlin on Monday for meetings with Russian leaders. The President is currently on an official visit to Russia
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan discussed a wide range of bilateral economic cooperation and military-technical cooperation issues, and various aspects of their work together in regional forums, in particular the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.
Agreements were signed following the meeting on cooperation in healthcare, youth policy, the economy, as well as an intergovernmental agreement on humanitarian cooperation, and a plan for consultations between the Russian and Armenian foreign ministers for 2012-2013.
