The co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk process, representing France, Russia and the United States were due to meet in Vienna this morning whilst a full meeting of the Minsk group is scheduled for Tuesday.

The Red Cross reminded all sides to the conflict that they have an obligation to respect the rules of international humanitarian law.
