A new publication from the Foreign Policy Centre and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee brings together different points of view on how to deal with the unrecognised entities in the European Union's neighbourhood
"The Co-Chairs and the Ministers continued their discussion of additional measures to reduce tensions and sustain an atmosphere conducive to peace and favorable to substantive talks", a statement posted on the OSCE website said.
