Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister:

There are three principles all the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict - including Nagorno-Karabakh Republic - have agreed on: nonuse of force (something we fully accept), territorial integrity (something we have a clear position on) and self-determination right (something our foreign policy is based on), Foreign Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Georgy Petrossyan said in the NKR Parliament today.

"We believe that the format and the approaches of the so-called Madrid principles are wrong. We have rights nobody can ignore as we have paid a very high price for them," Petrossyan said.

He noted that Azerbaijan has shifted the war from the battle- to information field. He refused to make any projections concerning the presidential meeting in Kazan.
