Azerbaijan's increasingly tough anti-Armenian racist rhetoric is bad for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said during a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Robert Bradtke (the United States), Igor Popov (Russia) and Jacques Faure (France) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk on Thursday.
The sides discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh problem and the measures to fulfill the agreements reached in Sochi.
