Russia’s incumbent President Dmitry Medvedev and president-elect Prime Minister Vladimir Putin have started intensive consultations on the composition of the future Cabinet. According to a pre-election deal between Putin and Medvedev, the latter will head the Russian government after Putin’s inauguration in May. (Rosiiskaya Gazeta)
