Vladimir Zhirinovsky:

Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) Vladimir Zhirinovsky is sure that no one will benefit from starting a war against Russia. Zhirinovsky made such statement in a press conference, Rosbalt reported.

LDPR Leader believes that neither NATO nor the USA nor China needs Russia as an object of aggression "because any army will tip up heels in the cold and wide stretches of Russia."

"They will fall immediately after bringing troops into Russia. But, why they should do that? After all, we give them everything: money, forests, oil, metal: Gas and oil pipelines supply them with raw materials day and night. Occupation is senseless," he said.

He stressed that revolution has already approached Turkey's borders.

"At a certain stage Turks will began helping overthrow Asad in Syria.  In that case Iran will come out in support of Syria because of the latter's big shit population. In addition, Turkey and Iran compete for prevalence in the Middle East. Azerbaijan will take advantage of tension of the situation and try to return Nagorny Karabakh by force.  In fact, the South Caucasus, Armenia, will flare," Zhirinovsky said.  He is sure that Russia will have to join "to help, save."

"Georgian will again try to return Abkhazia, South Ossetia. The situation will become tense also in the North Caucasus. Everything will gradually approach us. The final scenario is that the entire Muslim world flares under the slogans on democracy and development.  Everything will lead to a chaos," Zhirinovsky said for conclusion.

Israeli hostages and Palestinian detainees released as Trump’s Gaza plan is endorsed in Egypt summit

Israeli hostages and Palestinian detainees released as Trump’s Gaza plan is endorsed in Egypt summit

Hamas freed the last living Israeli hostages from Gaza on Monday 13 October under a ceasefire deal and Israel sent home busloads of Palestinian detainees, as U.S. President Donald Trump declared the end of the two-year long war in the Middle East. Hours later, Trump convened Muslim and European leaders in Egypt to discuss the future of the Gaza Strip and the possibility of a wider regional peace, even as Hamas and Israel, both absent from the gathering, are yet to agree on the next steps. The Israeli military said it had received all 20 hostages confirmed to be alive, after their transfer form Gaza by the Red Cross. The announcement prompted cheering, hugging and weeping among thousands waiting at "Hostage Square" in Tel Aviv. In Gaza, thousands of relatives, many weeping with joy, gathered at a hospital where buses brought home some of the nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners and detainees to be freed by Israel as part of the accord. "The skies are calm, the guns are silent, the sirens are still and the sun rises on a Holy Land that is finally at peace," Trump told the Knesset, Israel's parliament, saying a "long nightmare" for both Israelis and Palestinians was over.
