The 16th Session of the EU-Azerbaijan Council was held in Brussels on Thursday (4 April). Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists after, that 95 % of the text of a new agreement had already been agreed, and asked for flexibility on the part of the EU so that the agreement can be initialled shortly
