Russia will ratify the Caspian Convention soon, says PM Medvedev

Speaking in Turkmenistan. Russian prime minister Dimitri Medvedev described the signing of the convention in 2018 as a historic event, confirming that the Caspian states can find mutually beneficial solutions without "any recipes being imposed from outside" and also respect each others' interests.
