Armenia does not recognize Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

The Government of Armenia declined on Thursday a bill on recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

The bill was submitted by the Heritage party.

Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said that it is not expedient to discuss the bill and to recognize NKR for the moment.

Heritage submits such a bill each year but every time it is declined.
