Representatives from the 28 member states of the European Union who represent their countries on the Political and Security Committee of the EU Council met with Azerbaijani officials in Baku at the start of their visit to the region.
EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn said in Yerevan that a new agreement with Armenia will be signed "soon", and the EU was "interested to see how this new agreement will materialise".
