Borrell underlined that the European Union will make every effort to support the peace process and to remain a committed partner to the Afghan people. A DHL cargo plane crashed near the Lithuanian capital Vilnius on Monday morning (25 November). One of the passengers died in the crash. He was reportedly a Spaniard. Three other crew members were injured. This was reported by Lithuanian media, including public broadcaster LRT.
