16 March: The Head of the Political Section of the European Union Delegation to Armenia, Onno Simons has reiterated that the forthcoming parliamentary and presidential elections will be a test for Armenia and will determine the future of the relations bet

Speaking to the Press on Thurdday in Yerevan the diplomat recalled that when implementing the Eastern Partnership Programme the EU is guided by the policy of “more, for more.”

If the elections do not meet European and international standards, or if “everything goes so badly that Armenia does not pass the test,” according to Simons, the Armenia-EU relations will no longer improve.
