The three co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group process, diplomats representing France, Russia and the United States, visited Armenia and Azerbaijan again this week in an attempt to re-instate some momentum in the peace process between the two countries over Nagorno-Karabakh.
In Yerevan, the diplomats met on Wednesday with Armenian prime minister Nikol Pashinyan, whilst on Thursday they met in Baku with president Ilham Aliyev.
The three diplomats are trying to mediate the holding of the next meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Bratislava in early December, on the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Conference. There are reports that Azerbaijan has expressed dissatisfaction with the last meeting of the foreign ministers held in New York in September.
