22 July: An Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson has denied that there are any secret talks going on between Armenia and Turkey over the Armenian-Turkish protocols (tert.am)

Speculation on the talks increased after a Turkish newspaper reported that Ankara would be introducing a number of confidence building measures in order to try to keep the prosepct of Armenian-Turkish rapproachment alive.
