“At the Sochi meeting in 2011, an agreement on establishing a mechanism for investigation of incidents on the contact line was reached. Over the year, Azerbaijan has done everything to hinder establishing such a mechanism”, stressed the Armenian Foreign Minister.

He recalled that Azerbaijan threatened to use its right of veto in case of allocating funds for establishing the mechanism during the discussion of the OSCE Budget in December 2011.
