14 May: Russia will be represented by a senior diplomat at the NATO Summit in Chicago next week according to the daily newspaper Kommersant, quoting diplomatic sources. Zamir Kabulov, the presidential envoy to Afghanistan who also heads a Foreign Ministry

Earlier President Putin informed President Obama that he will not be attending the G* Summit at Camp David and the Chicago Summit because he was busy with the formation of the new Russian Government.
