Министры иностранных дел ЕС обсудили карабахский конфликт

Министры иностранных дел 27 стран-членов Евросоюза обсудили нагорно-карабахский конфликт на встрече в Люксембурге в понедельник (12 октября).

В мимолетном 48-секундном упоминании конфликта на пресс-конференции после мероприятия Верховный представитель ЕС Жозеп Боррелль заявил, что министры услышали от министров иностранных дел Франции - Франция является одним из сопредседателей Минского процесса ОБСЕ - об усилиях по прекращению боевых действий и возвращению к переговорам. Министры обсудили то, как ЕС может оказать ощутимую поддержку соглашению о прекращении огня, согласованному 10 октября. Министры подчеркнули важность соблюдения режима прекращения огня. Министры также призвали всех региональных игроков внести свой вклад в прекращение ожесточенной конфронтации и достижение мира.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
