КАРАБАХ-АЗЕРБАЙДЖАН-МОНИТОРИНГ

Степанакерт, 04.05.11. АрмИнфо. 4 мая, согласно договоренности с властями Нагорно- Карабахской Республики, миссия ОБСЕ провела плановый мониторинг линии соприкосновения вооруженных сил Нагорного Карабаха и Азербайджана севернее населенного пункта Талиш Мартакертского района НКР.

Как сообщает собственный корреспондент АрмИнфо со ссылкой на пресс-службу МИД НКР, с позиций Армии обороны НКР наблюдение вели

координатор офиса ОБСЕ подполковник Имре Палатинус (Венгрия), полевые помощники Личного представителя Действующего председателя ОБСЕ (ЛПДП) Христо Христов (Болгария) и Мариус Пуодзиунас (Литва), а также представитель Группы планирования высокого уровня ОБСЕ подполковник Александр Непокрытых (Россия).

С азербайджанской стороны мониторинг осуществляли полевые помощники ЛПДП Антал Хердич (Венгрия) и Уильям Прайор (Великобритания), а также представитель Группы планирования высокого уровня ОБСЕ подполковник Майкл О\'Коннор (Ирландия).

Мониторинг прошел в соответствии с намеченным графиком, нарушений режима прекращения огня не зафиксировано.

Миссию наблюдения с карабахской стороны сопровождали представители министерства иностранных дел и министерства обороны НКР.

LINKS Europe announces the names of all the chairpersons of the five thematic groups for the development of the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
