"Европейский Союз считает Армению и Азербайджан жертвами карабахского конфликта" Филипп Лефор

Представитель Европейского Союза на Южном Кавказе, Филипп Лефор, заявил журналистам в Армении, что Евросоюз хочет помочь в посреднических усилиях Минской группы ОБСЕ в процессе урегулирования нагорно-карабахского конфликта. "ЕС имеет механизмы и опыт работы по мониторингу и поддержанию мирных процессов и выражает желание оказать помощь Армении и Азербайджану, так как считает, что оба государства являются жертвами конфликта", добавил он.

Посланник ЕС сказал об этом в Ереване после встречи с министром иностранных дел Армении Эдвардом Налбандяном. В армянской столице Лефор также встретился с президентом Армении Сержем Саргсяном.
