В результате захвата заложников в Ереване убит полицейский

В Ереване группа вооруженных оппозиционеров штурмов взяла полицейский участок и удерживает в нем заложников. Как сообщает CivilNet был убит один полицейский. Они опубликовали видео с требованием освободить лидера оппозиции Жирайра Сефиляна и других политических заключенных.

"Группа вооруженных людей вошли в помещение полицейского участка в Ереване и захватили заложников", сообщила Служба национальной безопасности Армении. Как полагают, среди них несколько заложников, одним из которых является заместителем начальника полиции.

"Дорогие друзья, граждане, армянский народ, началось, мы делаем это для вас ... Выйдите на улицу!" призывают вооруженные люди в видео обращении. Они называют себя Неистовые из Сасуна

Местные источники сообщают о перекрытых дорогах и повышенных мерах безопасности в столице Армении.

Г-н Сефилян является ярым критиком президента Армении Сержа Саргсяна, и его отношения к нагорно-карабахскому конфликту.

Thailand said on Sunday a delegation led by acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai would attend, after US President Donald Trump called the leaders of both countries on Saturday to press for an immediate ceasefire. The Thai government said it had been told by Malaysia that Cambodian Prime Minister Hum Manet would also attend. At least 33 soldiers and civilians have been killed while thousands of Thai and Cambodian nationals have been displaced since border fighting broke out on 24 July.
