Посланник ЕС обсудил карабахский конфликт с президентом Азербайджана.

Прошлая неделя выдалась сложной и стало одной из кровавых в зоне карабахского конфликта и на международной границе между Арменией и Азербайджаном. Обе стороны приводили противоречивую информацию, но признали потери среди военных и гражданских, что бывало редко с момента вступления в силу режима прекращения огня с 1994 году.

Посол Герберт Зальбер, специальный представитель Европейского Союза на Южном Кавказе, который в настоящее время находится в регионе, в среду, 30 сентября, обсудил конфликт с президентом Азербайджана Ильхамом Алиевым. В ходе встречи также были обсуждены и другие вопросы, связанные с отношениями между Европейским Союзом и Азербайджаном.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
